St. Anthony - Picture Page

Today was just fun. A lovely sunday afternoon wander to see the small town and meet the people.
A small harbor in a small corner of a small island.
Remember these are Canadian dollars. Four peppers in a bag.
The gentleman on the front steps could not wait to tell me so many details of this small congregation. Like the bells ringing were donated by the children's Sunday School class years ago.
A small, simple 'cathedral.'
Every town has a war memorial and a fisherman's monument.
Ready for winter!!
The stores are ready to help everyone keep warm!
Home gardens were in full, late summer, bloom.
The town of St. Anthony is tucked around the corner of a bay.
No not really the mating of lifeboats but rather a practice of what to do if one loses its motorability. Itt wa guided and nudged into location to be lifted aboard.
Good bye St. Anthony and thanks for a lovely, relaxing break!
