England Awaits Again!

In August my trip to England did occur with my friend Ruth.  We were on a Smartours journey to England, Wales, and Scotland.  It was a great trip but computer issues prevented me from blogging.  Moving hotel to hotel every couple of days also made for a busy schedule and not much down time.  A highlight for me was meeting Ruth's friends, Adam and Claire, and going out to visit their new home.

This trip is different and if I can't keep caught up while in London, Brighton, and Southampton, I should be able to catch up my journaling while on the Celebrity Silhouette crossing to New York, Boston, Bermuda, and Nassau before heading home from Ft. Lauderdale.  My friend Elva, whom you know from other trips and I planned this cruise. Carol, whom we met on our Amazon trip joined us in the Med last winter and on the most recent Viking River trip.  She is joining us again.  Brave woman! As a trip we have an exciting week planned in England.  We are going to the West End for theater, to museums, parks, palaces and possibly private parlors.  We will be on rivers and railroads. Planning is a little more casual for our days this side of The Pond!  I love that expression.

Please forgive my recent past neglect of your travel appetite and join me once more for three weeks of what is outside our normal way of living!  At least not my usual everyday doings!

We fly out to London on October 16 and return November 8.  A very different trip for us.  Come along and together we will see what develops!
